Question LG 27GL850-B -- It's OSD won't work

I just got the monitor today. First in windows it says it's a 27gk750f. But these two monitors have key differences. I updated the firmware but I can't get to the firmware. I've held down the button in a lot of directions for up to thirty seconds. The monitor also think s I have it set to 1080p but I set it to 1440p.
