LG 29UM57 stuck pixels?

I'm not a hundred percent sure what the issue is with the monitor. It looks almost like a bruise on the monitor, in low light images or black you can see a grid of red pixels. Does anyone have any idea what the issue actually is? I'll attempt to take a picture of it and upload it soon.

Tried running it for about 30 minutes so far, is there one that works better than most? I tried using http://www.jscreenfix.com/ but I'm not sure if it is any better than the seizure inducing youtube videos.
