My LG 32LS3400 tv keeps turning on and off. I replaced the power board and that did no good. Could someone tell me how I might fix it? The set is just a year old

to exclude the remote from the mix, make sure you remove it's batteries and operate the TV w/o it to see if that makes a difference. I've had remotes that repeatedly send the on/off signal to the TV causing this...

If you've changed the PSU and are having the same problem then I would say the video processor board (AV Board) may have gone dead, if you have a electrical test meter use it to check for low impedence on the AV boards power inputs (make sure power is disconnected), normally on most flat panel TVs the voltages and ground points are marked on the PSU board and sometimes on the ancillary board aswell, go through each voltage pin and check for low impedence (0-40 ohms but can vary from model to model) or short circuits against the ground pins.
