Question LG 34GK950F Brightness problem/Flicker white backgrounds etc.

Hi i have a small problem with my LG 34GK950F monitor.
When im surfing, watching clips on youtube without fullscreen, or even scrollling back and forth on websites with white backgrounds my the white colors Will like flicker from very white/Grey/ back to white again, Not a Huge problem but annoying AF.

Is this normal and what is it?
And sorry i have no idea how to explain it good enough, hopefully someone Will understand me lol....;p

Btw I have checked the cable, drivers/firmware for both GPU and monitor, tried HDR on and off(not using it)
Tried different brightness settings etc.

I know this thread is really old, but just in case you never solved it:

Go into the screen settings. Select General. Select SMART ENERGY SAVING and turn it off. That's what causes this.
