I have an LG VX6000 and bought software with a USB cable. I've loaded the USB driver and lg's PC Sync. Works fine for the Phone Book uploading and downloading. But I use win 98 and I need software that will download ringtones and pictures using my lg 6000. Tried Bitpim and it can't find the cell connected. So I'm looking for some other type of software that may work. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks,
Joe

Bitpim will work, you're not configuring it right. It can be a bit tricky even
for the well seasoned PC user like me.

Bitpim is the best out there for that. Keep trying with it. Make sure you
have the right version for the VX6000. I have no problems with it and XP.

There's also a version of Bitpim made just for the VX6000. If you
can't find it post back and I'll try to email it to you.
