Hello,
Optical worked to load Win 7, and then loaded Asrock driver CD fine (via USB), but optical no longer works with CD tray popped out all the time.

Tried that, and looking around I can't find anyone who has got it working on Win 7 64. If anyone has I'd love to hear from them and how they did it! Unfortunate that the spec sheet doesn't seem to have a warning that it doesn't work on Win 7 64. Nice device otherwise.

Update - problem is fundamentally that while the LG BlueRay drive could initially be seen by the BIOS and booted OS from it, now it can be still be seen by the BIOS, but will not boot the Win OS CD - CD tray popped out all the time, and requesting media to be inserted - but no change when you do it. Asrock Extreme 7 Gen 3 MBO - tried every which drive/boot option without success. Need some inspiration!! Also Asmedia does not offer RAID option which it is supposed to.....
