LG Continues Trend of Shrinking Massive Phones

Some phone sizes have got laughably large.... in 10 yrs we'll be looking back and laughing like the original car phones the size of footballs. I think variety is good so each can choose. Make some small ones and make some large ones. Works for me.

I love watching people talking on their 5" smartphones...they look ridiculous with that hub cap up against their heads.
It's the same thing as looking at someone who is 6'5" talking on a 4" phone, it is hilarious how small it is. My old phone was too small for me, it was tiny in my hands but my Note 3 just works and no it does not look like a hubcap since I'm not a small person.

Are you four feet tall? Are you a little person or a child? I am 6,2 and a 5 inch phone feels perfect. Will you be saying 5 inches and up is stupid when Apple unveils its phablet? I guess you will say Apple innovates! lol

5" should be the limit, the Note 2 and beyond is getting ridiculous. You do realize that those phones are bigger than a GPS itself? Once phones get to 6", that will be even more ridiculous. But hey, people won't have a problem with using a phone the size of an E-Reader as a phone, and people won't have a problem thumbing me down.

There should be no limit. Many love phones bigger than 5 inches. So because you don;t like that you would want to impose your arbitrary limit? What is ridiculous is people who complain about screen size when there are models of every conceivable screen size. It is called choice! Something some people seem to hate. They like to be told what screen size is best.

4.5" is the small version? I just got a new LG 4" phone. I think it's a perfect size, so I hope it will be a size that's always offered.

I'm still using my old Samsung Galaxy Nexus and it's 4.65 inch screen. I could see going a little larger, but over 5 inches would be a bit much for me. One of my friends is using a Note 3 with an Otterbox case on it bringing the overall size to probably around 6 inches. That is just unwieldy for me, but he seems to like it..
