LG D2342P-PN vs Samsung 2433BW

I'm mostly after 3DTV at a low price but I am just concerned about whether it meet or exceed the quality of my current Samsung 2433BW.

Is it a worthy upgrade?

As far as i have seen from wandering around bestbuy, LG 3d with passive glasses is the best, at least on their tv's with a movie. I'm thinking about this monitor my self, anyone know if it's compatible with AMD HD3D?

Yeh it is HD3D compatible, just apparently the brightness is inferior to others and the stats seem to suggest it's inferior to the 2433BW.
