I built a new desktop a few months ago and have windows 10 home 64-bit running.
I have a LG dvd/cd drive, drive letter H:/
and recently, a popup comes up as i put a dvd in the tray. Saying

"H:/
Application not found"

I built the desktop a few months ago and was my first desktop i ever built, and just recently, when inserting a disc it pops up a message saying "H:/ application not found

Solution
Some LG SATA drives in the XP to Vista era came with adware in the drive's firmware, which showed "bluebirds.exe" in the root directory when no disc was inserted and worse, due to autorun changes by Microsoft in Win 7 and later, show only 4 bluebirds files when a disc is inserted. Worked fine for bootable discs to install Windows, but not much else.

I used a firmware update to the latest TN03 to remove this questionable "feature" (seriously, what executive approved this?). TN01 was listed to remove bluebirds and TN02 added Win 7 compatibility.
