LG Flatron L1910P

Jeez, so much smoke and mirrors... How the hell is the consumer supposed to know what he is getting?

*breaks down and cries*

I've taken a look at the .pdf file with the specs on the nordic website, and they contain the following note: "Design and specifications are subject to change without prior notice".

Any info would be appreciated. 19" + 16ms + 700:1 + 300cd/m makes my mouth water.

Holy shiznat!!!!! The thing's an S-IPS, meaning black colors will actually look black and it doesn't suffer as much as MVA from grey shift!!! Nice! I was telling my friend about it today since he's in the market for a 19 incher.

I am really sick of my HItachi CML174 after using it for almost a year, so I am so happy they finally have 19 inch with 16ms...

I'd like to point out it's 400:1 contrast and 250cd/m^s brightness. Even better tho, it won't hurt the eyes b/c over contrastedness and super high brightness...

I've just been thinking about going back to CRTs, because I am really tired of having to adjust monitor for games and then for regular use... and now this :)

Hmm, my right eye is a little sensitive to bright light so my desktop is very dark and low contrasted. I keep the same setting for games...I got used to it, and will still kick yer ass in Counterstrike:)

Here is a reply:

Dear Jack,

Thanks for the inquiry.

Unfortunately we do not plan to introduce L1910B in US market. Instead of this model, L1910S (Analog) and L1920P (Digital with high brightness and high contrast ratio) will be available is US market in 4Q. If you have any further questions, please feel free contact us.

Thanks and best regards,
