LG G6 battery drain and delayed inputs

Hello!

I've had my LG G6 since May of 2017 and I've had drastic changes in battery life and delays for about a week now. I've installed several apps and have tried everything I can think of, short of a factory reset. I'll include an image of what's hogging all my battery life. Please let me know what you all think,

Failing battery. Charger problems.

Any recent drops, bangs, drained battery, phone feeling hot?

Are you out of warranty?

Any maintenance plan?

I would start with some calls, emails, or chats with the applicable vendors....
