LG IPS235V monitor

Hi, Maybe someone using this monitor (LG IPS235V)? And how it is? Is colours looks better than TN? Is 8ms enough to watch movies? Or maybe someone can recomend monitor for ~220$ FHD and with 22-24 display, to watch movies 50%, to work with graphics 25%, and 25% for playing games.

Thanks for your response. I used google and found that UltraSharp U2312HM 23 is the best choose. It's realy nice stuff like you said
