Question LG Monitor Turns ON/OFF rapidly & continuously after a recent power surge ?

So I have an LG 32" QHD 144Hz monitor that went off during a power surge last weekend. Now the monitor just turns on and off continuously. Is it toast, or is there any way to easily fix it ?

It's not the GPU. The other 27" 4K monitor works fine still and there's no other system issues. Even completely unhooked from the PC, the monitor will still continuously turn on and off.

I bought a new power supply/cord for the monitor thinking maybe the switching power cord/supply may have been fried, but it does it with the new one too. It's out of warranty now, it was the model 32GK650-G-B. Got it onsale in 2018 for $684 on New Egg. Had it hooked into a Tripp Lite Isobar, not sure why this monitor blew, and not the other one.

Seems likely that the monitor was damaged. Especially if the monitor continually turns on and off when not connected to a computer or other input source.

Noted that you have/had a Tripp Lite Isobar surge protector - correct?

Surge protectors only offer some limited amount of protection and every hit degrades the protective abilities.

It is a cumulative process.

May well be that the surge protector reached or went past its' limit at the time of the last power surge and the monitor was damaged. The monitor may also have been suffering accumulating damage and it itself finally reached an end....

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my post. I'm looking into a new surge protector ASAP. It's about 4 years old and it's definitely been through its fair share of surges/outages during that time.
