Question LG Smart TV Works with everything except PS4

Hi everyone, I have a 2019 LG smart TV 32inch, bought about a month ago, it was working perfectly with everything, my PC, PS4, USB, built in receiver, the WEBOS, however about a week ago I used my laptop through the HDMI in the TV, and the same day I tried my PS4 and it didn't work, sometimes it gives sound without pics, and sometimes no signal at all, I tried my PS4 with another LG TV and it worked perfectly, so could the laptop caused problems with the TV? I tried everything resetting resolution through the other TV, disabling HDCP with no luck at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciate.

When you say disabling HDCP there is a setting on the PS4 is that what you used? Does the laptop still have a picture and sound when connected? When you used the laptop was it a pass through on the receiver or a direct to the TV?

Yeas that's what I used, disabling HDCP in PS4, and yes the pic and sound worked fine in the same TV when connecting laptop and it was connected directly to the TV.

Have you tried the WebOS 5.3 version (webOS 5.3 ) ? It solved my Sony Home theater CEC problem, may you can also try to update it.
