LG TV Stuck in Lower Resolution

So I have this 1080p Tv which i use for my PC, and it says that the native resolution is 1360x768, and whatever resolution othen than that just destroys the image completely.
But it shows here taht I can put it to 1920x1080, and when I try it, it works but its all blurry and it doesn't look like it improved at all... Is my Tv lying? Is it realy 1080p?
Notes:
I'm using HDMI
Geforce Gtx 1060 working fine
I haven't found anybody in the internet with the same problem : /

Now then, is it a monitor or a TV? (your title says monitor but main text says it's a TV) :/

1080p televisions can be problematic when used as a PC monitor, see this:

Oh, sorry for that, its a TV. 100% sure, ill edit the title.

Reading this link now I fully gave up, I was already thinking it was some kind of trick that doesn't actually mean the TV has 1080p resolution, it just shows there on the settings. But thanks for your time!
