Hi guys.

I'm having a problem with this monitor. It manifests in several ways, but i believe that all have the same source.
For example, sometimes when entering sleeping mode, the light remains blue and doesnt change to orange as its suppose to. When i move the mouse in order to turn it back on ,it doesnt work and i have to turn it off and turn it on again by pushing the switch button or even reseat the power cable.
Sometimes it doesnt gets any signal and stucks showing only the lg logo. I tried to reseat the cable, replace the cable and even replace the gpu and reinstall drivers, but the problem remains. The problem is that it happens randomly, so when i took it back to the store, it worked fine and they didnt rma it.
I want to take it to a lcd repair-shop, but is there anyone that can give me some ideas about what might be the problem in order to avoid hustle or unnecessary repairs?

Thanks in advance

Are you sure this is happening from the monitor and not the PC? When you turn it on and off to fix it, you are talking about the monitor and not the PC correct?

If it's in warranty, contact LG directly for help. In my experience, LG monitors are junk, we bought about a dozen at work, over half of them have image defects with large bright areas appearing, uneven dark areas (look like the LCD screens were melting), just horrible quality.
