LGA 1150 CPU Cooler

I have a I7 4770 and i want to overclock. But i need a better Cooler so what cooler would be good for it.(i am thinking the Cooler Master Seidon 120XL )

Non k no heavy duty cooling required , no overclocking ability.

Dont buy that Cooler you cant Overclock since ur CPU has Locked Multiplier
