LGA 1150 motherboard choice

i have been looking at Z97 motherboards for a bit i allready have my processor since i had to rma the previous board i bought (asus maximus 7 hero) and currently looking at an ASUS sabertooth mark 2 or a GIGABYTE Z97X-UD3H Black i am not sure which is best to pick in a reliable machine that will be pushed hard for years.

I saw on this forum that many people had problems with gigabyte, so did i, had to rma 3 gigabyte boards in 6 months, all 3 were brand new from the box, my advice go for the asus sabertooth.
