LGA 1155 i3 3220 or LGA 1150 G1820

So i found 2 used pcs for almost same price
LGA 1155, CPU : i3 3220 - 4GB DDR3, HDD 250GB, 99 Euros
LGA 1150 , CPU : g1820 -4GB DRR3 ,HDD 500GB 80 Euros

I already have R7 250 2gb oc graphic card so i am wondering witch of these two options is better for games?(i played mostly warframe until my core2quad 9400 died so i am thinking to upgrade a bit to 'newer' staff)
Also i use photoshop to draw staff so i dont want it to lag...

You have a core2quad 9400 and are going to downgrade to a dual core. As far as overall performance is concerned you are considering a sidegrade which will do nothing other than cost you money.

The G4560 would still be a downgrade as far as cores are concerned(2 down from 4) but it will be a minor upgrade. I am not seeing the value in upgrading to any of those qual core CPUs.

Was that what you were using before? That would be your least expensive route.

But those other processors mean that you would have to also buy a new motherboard and possibly new RAM and a new OS. How much RAM do you have? 8GB is the minimum these days especially where PS is concerned.

I3-3220 is stronger. It has a passmark rating of 4224 and a single thread rating of 1760.
A nice jump over your Q9400(passmark 3379/1130)
The G1820 is 2773/1581.

My budget is 12k dinara(100e) , for used motherboard/cpu and ram and only thing i could find was on kupujem prodajem website for that kind of money is this :

Well I can instantly tell you DON'T BUY THAT HP because it has specific standards and you will regret it once you need to put PSU and GPU in that case...
And about 1st PC I think that it is unnecessary to buy whole PC if you already have some parts.
I will take a look now at the CPU-MOBO categories and I already know that 4 GB of RAM is 2k dinars.
