Question LGA 1155 motherboard compatible with rx580

I currently have Intel DH67BL mobo with Intel Xeon E3-1270 and am looking for a new mobo because my RX580 won't run. When plugged in there is no electricity in the USB ports on the motherboard and there is no image on my monitor. Do you know some motherboards that will solve my problem?

Could be the PSU isn't powerful enough to drive an RX580.
Make & model of PSU?

What's the Last BIOS version date for this system Are you booting in Legacy or UEFI mode ?
