LGA-1155 Z77 3 beeps

Trying to make a streaming PC out of:

Intel DZ77SL‑50K
i5-3550
2x G.SKILL 4GB 1600
1x Kingston 8GB 1866
EVGA 780Ti


Board was replaced from a Gigabyte board that wouldn't power on for more than half a second and loop like that.

Intel board beeps 3 times. Tried one of each stick at a time / only G.SKILL / only Kingston.

Any suggestions?

Yes, apparently it's a memory issue.
