i have a choice between a i5 750 and a xeon x3440 which should i get?i think about getting the x3440 because it has hyperthreading but im not sure

What motherboard do you have to work with? I'd go with the i5-750.

i have a intel dq57tm mobo which doesnt support overclocking so i think about getting a x3470
