LGA 1156 on DDR3 2400

Can I use a 16 GB DDR3 2400mhz of ram on my old LGA 1156 motherboard???
My spec is :
windows 10(last update) and an AMD HD7970(Asus ares edition) with a core i7 875k oc
DDR3 8gb 1333mhz(2 x4gb slots).
I run Codwwii in ultra setting!

No. LGA 1156 did good to support DDR3 1600 which was the highest end RAM available at the time. It's possible you could downclock it to 1600 or even 1333 but I wouldn't buy it and count on that to work.
