[SOLVED] LGA 1156 Processor To LGA 1155 Mother board

I have a processor with LGA 1156 socket. Can i install it on LGA 1155 Mother board.
i.e Asus H61M-K, I cant a find a same compatible mother board in my country. Can i go for it?
my processor is,
Intel® Core™ i3-540 Processor.

no lga1156 cpu will not fit on lga1155 motherboard.
your cpu being i3-540, here is a listing of all motherboard you can run it on; good luck finding one., but likely easier to get an lga1155 motherboard and marching cpu for it. and sell your lga1156 cpu
