Like antonisrsx stated earlier it is really up to what you are going to be doing with the computer. For games the expanded memory bandwidth and more lanes of PCI-E doesn’t make a lot of difference in a gaming system. For things like digital encoding or video editing the extra cores/threads, memory bandwidth can make a big difference in performance with applications like Adobe CS.
So looking at your budget is the next step and if you are finding that you budget is tight then go with the socket 1155 board and a processor like the Intel® Core™ i7-2600K. If on the other hand your budget is not that tight moving to an X79 board and a processor like the Intel Core i7-3930K would perform better for you in some of your applications.
