So i found two deals in my country X79 mb + Xeon e5 1650, and a i7 3770 + Z77 mb
The x79 is 20$ more than the lga 1155 one so is it worth it to get the x79, and another question can i run the xeon e5 1650 with the intel stock cooler or it doesn't have a stock cooler with it because i don't want to buy a custom cooler bc they are pretty expensive here

Solution
Both sockets are long since 'over the hill', so, unless priced accordingly, I'd be looking for good deals on a B450/R3-3300X combo...(which, BTW, will outperform the best of both sockets mentioned easily)
Im trying to find a320/r5 1600 af or b350 or b450 deals but no luck but if i found one i will sure take it :)

The E5 1650 is basically i7-3930K without IGP. They have similar spec.

So Xeon will perform better than i7 3770.

E5 1650 have TDP 130W. I don't recommend to gaming using stock cooler.

The Xeon E5-1650 is a generation older than the i7-3770 but it's a 6 core product rather than a 4 core product. It also has four memory channels and oodles of PCIe lanes, a better piece over all.

If memory serves me correctly, Intel did not release a reference air cooler for the LGA-2011 platform. They released a reference AIO liquid cooler that could best be described as "very meh". Ergo, you'll have to get your hands on a suitable cooler for that beast, preferably one of the many AIO offerings with a minimum 240mm x 120mm radiator
