Lga 771 mod on Xps 400?

Does anyonne know if I can pull off a lga 771 to 775 mod because I can't seem to find any motherboard that I can replace this one with with support for a C2D or C2Q and I could get better peformance with a old Xeon than the Pentium D inside it.

First off, not really worth it.

It will be faster, but it won't be fast. Don't spend to much on this dead platform.
