what exactaly that * refers to?? n no where it is mentioned in website regarding that "*"

On the USA Cooler Master site, it includes this note:

"Notice * Supplied accessories may differ by country or area. Please check with your local distributor for further details."

If you look at the manual, it clearly shows support for Socket 775 systems:

I run a Hyper 212+ on my Q6600 Just fine, bolted right up.
