Solution
Your motherboard supports all lga775 core 2 quads.

With a 250x and 8gb ram and a q9xx processor, you should be able to play just about anything @ 720p or better. Try to get the 2gb 250x if you can
You can add a R7 250X for sure. You will be able to *run* all the games you mentioned, provided you have enough memory (at least 4GB, preferably 8GB). That being said, performance in most of them will be bad, and you will have to play on low details. The main culprit is your dual core CPU, which is just too slow for any modern game. The bare minimum would be Core 2 Quad - depending on your motherboard, you could potentially get a used one for cheap.

Not sure if gta5 will even start on that dual core...

Get a used second handed Q6600 or Q8200 or Q9550, anything you can get and still compatible with your mobo. Second handed <-- important.
You might possibly need a BIOS update.

Make sure youhave at least 4GB RAM, preferably 8GB.
If you still have DDR2, try to get them from ebay as second handed.

Try getting at least R7 260x or GTX750Ti, if you can still afford any of them, instead of R7 250x.

Well, I must be honest to you to, you need to build new rig. It is time to ditch your Core2Duo platform.
Personally, I would not put any single cents more to upgrade that kind of rig and would rather build a new rig.
