LGA775 Heatsinks - Not Push Pins

Hi, i'm looking for a good LGA 775 heatsink that doesn't use push pins for mounting, and my budget is around $50. I know the Thermalright Ultima-90 and Ultra-120 are good, but can't seem to find them locally (toronto). I found the Ultima-90 at NCIX.com for $46 so i could do that if no other alternatives come up.

You can get the true at infonec. They have it for slightly higher than 50, i think it is 56.

I came onto the boards looking for the same exact thing.

All of my components came in last night and the most frustrating part about it was getting the OEM fan\heatsink installed onto the cpu\mobo. The snaps would not click no matter what I tried. I tried going from across-corner, both ways. I tried one at a time, I tried w\ mobo inside and out of mobo. I did manage to get it on there but I don't think its at 100% locked, although it feels secure.

I am looking for a low-cost heatsink that installs with either clips or screws. Intels push-pins are garbage.

cpu = intel e8400

Jim - just curious, why are you looking for one without push pins? I'm learning that's the only kind that doesn't require the motherboard to be removed(PITA!). tx
