Question LGA775 system doesnt start

it was randomly self-booting in the past and today shut down and never opened. I only plugged in 24 pin and also on the table. mb lightbulb is on but cpu fan doesnt work, so system won't start. what should I do, Is there any solution other than buying a new mb?

I tried with another power supply and it started. now the screen won't turn on I'm trying to fix.
