Lian lancool 216 vs montech air 903 max. Which is better overall?

Lancool, if only because way more folks here know about, and use Lian Li products.
That doesn't mean Montech is bad.

Ok thanks.One more question,if i go with the lancool and decide to use air cooling,is there any need to add any extra fans to the case like up top for exhaust or anything?

Only if you want to. You don't 'need' to add any up there, and just have a front to back air pattern...
But, if you have OCD that won't let you leave any optional fan slots blank, then that's different.
