[SOLVED] Lian Li Galahad AIO pump not working, please help :(

Hi,
I'm 99% sure the pump on my brand-new Lian Li Galahad is not working (I don't hear the pump at all).
It's brand new and the RGB lights and the fans are working, just not the pump.
Pump is connected to CPU_FAN Header on the x570 aorus master.
When I take out the cable and plug it back it I can hear the pump for a split-second and then it just stops.
The first time I turned on my system I could actually clearly hear the pump, but not anymore.
Anyone knows how to fix this? I'm afraid of using my pc without a proper cooler (highest temp i hit today was 72 during a nvidia driver update).
On the package it says there's a 5 year warranty, so would I be able to get a replacement or at least a repair if the pump is broken?
I'm considering buying an air cooler for the time being so I can use my pc without worries of breaking my cpu.
Thank you in advance for any help.

This was over back when you reported the bios temp. If the pump was broken, the bios temp would've been nowhere near 25C; it would've been like 70C or worse, you get a cpu temp warning.

Cinebench R23? That would've shot up to 90C in mere seconds, and eventually shut the PC off.

All has gone quiet simply because the pump successfully got the little air pockets out and away from it. Shut it off, everything settles - turn 'er on, and it starts over again until everything 'mellows out'.

This has been going on since Ryzen 3000: these chips are very bursty only with lighter loads. It's a byproduct of how they save power - a 'rush to sleep state', of sorts.

I don't think I have one on my power supply so should I buy the adapter cable? I doubt it will make a difference because the fan header the pump is connected to is not broken (I tried it with other fans), so it must be the pump that's broken.

1)What are the FULL HARDWARE SPECS?

2)It doesn't matter which header you plug the pump in, because they're all rated for 2A on this board.

3)What's the temperature of the cpu in bios? Under Cinebench R23?
Hi Phaaze,

1) cpu: 5900x
gpu: 1660ti (yeah, i know but all 3000 cards are out of stock or scalped so...)
mobo: x570 aorus master
ram: trident z neo 3600mhz 4x8gb
psu: 850w strix gold
storage: 1tb WD m.2 nvme
Let me know if you need to know anything else (y)

2) Oh, ok (y)

3) When I'm in the bios its around 25C. I haven't run any benchmarks yet because I'm scared of frying my cpu. Should I run a benchmark on cinebench r23 and tell you the results?

Ok so I just did the multi benchmark. Highest temp was 63C with a score of 21640 pts. Before closing the thread, does this mean the pump is working but it's literally completely inaudible? It also doesn't make sense to me that cpu temp hit 72C during a nvidia update but only 63C during a benchmark. I'm pretty much lost at this point. What about I redo the benchmark but with the aio removed, to see if it hits the same/different temps?

So, in summary, all the temps I mentioned are normal for ryzen, the pump is working fine but is virtually inaudible because the little air pockets got out, and I don't have to worry about temps spiking to the 70s or, god forbid, even 80s during a driver update or gaming because the chip is so bursty with lighter loads?

Yes!
