Question Lian Li Lancool II case fans

Having a problem with my case fans. Connected fans to controller and checked all wires like 5 mins ago and AI Suite 3 says that I can't change speed of these case fans and they're stuck around 1300rpm.
Tried to change between DC and PWM modes and nothing changes.

what controller,
what fan model,
what type of connections are they using; fans > controller > motherboard,
what are the Q-fan options in the BIOS set to?
have you run Fan Tuning through AI Suite?

Basic fans that come with LANCOOL II are DC 12V and as controller i use Lamptron SP901 and i have ran Fan Tuning throught AI Suite. I have tried in DC and PWM mode but nothing changed. Controller takes sata power in and is connected to motherboards case fan 3 (not sure) connection. Controller also connects to ARGB connector. As motherboard I use Asus TUF Gaming - Plus. When Jimm's (local pc part store) setup my water cooling and asus aura it worked fine but after i updated bios it ran in trouble identifying that controller in AI Suite. Also had to reconnect sata power to the controller once already as it had disconnected. If i could i would add picture from AI Suite here but for some reason i cant.
