Question Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL

I have the Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL and the RGB strip integrated into the front of the case has mostly stopped working. The bottom 1/3 of the strip works fine but the rest of it won't even turn on. I can't tell if it's a software thing because the RGB header doesn't work on my motherboard. Any ideas if it's a hardware or software thing?

Aura sync can detect and manage your lian li o11 dynamic xl led strip eazily, but if you want it synchronize with icue you have to download JackNet RGB SYNC and link your case front panel leds to your corsair fan leds or other master leds you have on corsair icue
