Hello, thinking of building Lian Li PC-TU150 ITX system, Specs:

CPU: Intel i9 9900K
HSF: Noctua NH-U14S
M/B: Gigabyte Z390I Aorus Pro
RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Royal 3600
GPU: on-board or used ~GTX1060/1070 for now
SSD: 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus or 1TB Team Cardea Zero Z440(gen 4)
Case: Lian Li PC-TU150 TG Silver
PSU: Corsair SF750
Case Fan: just one exhaust 120mm fan, but not sure which one yet.

I picked Noctua NH-U14S cos it should just fit(height wise) and still offer enough room to install everything(i.e. mainly motherboard) without too much problem(i think).. but now I'm having second thoughts, and maybe go for be quite! Dark Rock Pro 4 since it's the heatsink used on TU150 product page.
so hopefully I can install it without too much difficulty(although I doubt that's gonna be the case cos it looks like a very tight fit).. and another advantage of U14S might be you should be able to see Royal RAM and LED/RGB exhaust fan much easier.
Has anyone used a large heatsink like D14/D15 or Dark Rock Pro 4 on TU150? did you have much trouble installing everything?

I'm not sure about the case color(black or silver) is well, I heard silver is much better(for fingerprints marks) but I still think black might look better overall?

Also any recommendation on case fan(planning to only use one exhaust fan) would be appreciated.. i.e. brand/model or color etc, thank you.

Love those ITX builds.
And lian-li is one of my favorite case makers.

Your plan for a NH-U14s should work, there is sufficient headroom.

But, I have some suggestions:

Heat will be an issue in this build.
9900K is a really hot processor.
Consider using a i7-9700K if your primary use is for gaming.

On the cooler, consider the NH-D15 black edition which is a more effective cooler with two cooling towers.
The DRP4 is similar and would work also.
The cooling allows for a 120mm fan in front and back.
Consider using higher rpm fans to get more cooling air into the case.
Of course, this will be noisier.
But, consider the need....
You will have a cooler with a 140mm fan that needs to be fed fresh air to let it do it's job.
That will require...

You have 165mm of CPU clearance when trying to work with that chassis, you should be good to go. Considering how tight the space is inside the chassis, I'd advise in going for an AIO as you can manage the wiring and components as well as the aesthetics of the build.

If you do for the AIO route, make sure you're looking at high static pressure fans. They will aid you in the tight confinements of a radiator's fins stack or the innards of the case.

That will require a faster turning higher rpm front intake fan.
The front intake must also supply fresh air to let the gpu cooler do it's job.
You can always slow down a fast fan to control the noise/airflow equation.
