i'm new to using Linux and trying to setup LibreNMS and i followed documentation from their website and from a youtube video, i followed all the steps but when trying to load up the web interface it says

Even though i followed step by step, in the video hes able to access the install page for the site no problem but i get that error.

Also i don't know if this would impact anything but when he ran the command "systemctl restart apache2" nothing would show up, but when i run the command this shows up

it appears that it still restarts the service like its supposed to but why does that show up for me and not him, ive tried to identify as root, but the password isn't the same as the one i set.
