Life is strange error 0x000007b

I downloaded life is strange episode 1-4 from fitgirl but after installing the game won't start it gives error 0x000007b the application was unable to start.
I tried everything reinstalling the game,c++,netframework,chkdsk,SFC,reinstalling dirextx but it also gives an error while downloading an error occurred dxerrorlog please see it in windows folder something like that also tried replacing the DLLs but it won't run so please help me!

My specs Intel core i3 550
6gb ddr3 ram
Gtx750
Win 7 Prof 64bits
