The tower came from US and the PSU didn't comply with things here in Turkey so I was sold a 300 Watt PSU and I guess it and he didn't have the proper cables so I see that though there are 4 fans other than the CPU fan, only 2 works. Also it had an optical drive that I don't and almost certainly won't use anymore though working.

I guess the GPU is dead enough now already but I'm not sure about the rest. What i need to do is buy a GPU that'll work with the rest to complete the lifetime of all, I won't upgrade and won't consider a new PC that the GPU I'll buy now will be good to work with...

Used personally intensively for 6 years at home.

I wonder how long the rest may keep working and will consider an economy-performance gpu that'll only work with the rest if they are reliable enough to work more, at least for a second hand gpu...

Thanks for any help

There's no telling how long any component in your system (or any system for that matter) will last. Any component you currently have running could fail in the next six minutes or every component in your system could last for another six years. For your system, I'd probably be looking at something like the Geforce GT640. It should run on your current power supply and won't be completely wasted on you older system.

It's impossible to tell how long the rest will work. It can easily work 10 more years, or it might die tomorrow 🙁

If you can, examine the motherboard under good light. Check all the bigger capacitors, and try to see if any of them has started to expand. They are supposed to look like a cylinder, but when they start going bad they will deform as if there is high pressure inside.
If they all look good then you should not worry. The PC will last several years more.
If any of them look bad then it will sooner or later break, but it could still last another year.

I think you're on the right track to get a newer low-cost gfx card. If you can also afford a small SSD you will feel as if you have a new PC.

What about an HD 6570 1GB DDR3 ? I don't expect too much, budget is also important and one last thing, directx 12 support makes me curious though it probably shouldn't for this old pc only situation

This is the first time I do what you say and the mobo seemed good to me

GPU power requirement is shown to be 44 watts for HD6570 while it's 50 watts for 9500 GT 1GB DDR2, I don't get it...

I've paid much time but here's the problem, with the 9500 GT gpu it doesn't even boot, and with the onboard gpu it opened system restore 2 times from maybe 6 times or more and they might have been because I tried the dead gpu before them but also 2 times the monitör said no signal and it restarted itself maybe requiring a system restore...
I also unchecked fast restart.

I may consider an R7 240 2GB DDR3 for about 69 USD total if it can solve it, but will it solve it, and will it solve it good ?
I also find GT 730 at 84.34 USD and HD7750 2GB DDR3 at 81.4 USD in Turkey.
