Light / Burning Sensitivity with Lenovo ThinkPad E580

Anyone out there having light sensitivity / sun burn like conditions with the Lenovo ThinkPad E580?
Great laptop, but if I use it at reasonable distance, for a couple of hours, my face starts turning red and burning. Have turned controls down to above 30%, but does not help.

Not heard of this before, you may have a facial skin condition you are unaware of? Seeing a doctor may be advisable (seriously, that's not me trying to be sarcastic).
