Light on motherboard lighting up when booted, first build

Recently I started biolding my first pc I am sure I plugged everything in right but a light is flashing on the motherboard, the light reads, "CPU" under it and is right next to the ATX_PWR1 socket with EZ DEBUG LED right above it. My motherboard is a tomahawk b350 and my CPU is a Ryzen 3 2200g.
