Light weight Laptop

I need help purchasing a laptop. I need it to be light weight and have a good battery back up. I need it to not heat up too fast. I need a good processor, I'll be installing a lot of programming and other softwares like PSpice, AutoCad etc. I need it to be able to multitask well, and last for at least 04 years. Windows preferably, and 1TB memory. I've been going crazy researching, I need some good advice. Someone help?
