Lighting Problems on Razer Keyboard

I don't know if it's the keyboard itself (Razer Ornata Chroma) or a software issue, but I wanted my keyboard to be a static blue, but every time I set it to static or any other effect on Razer Synapse, it'll work for around 10 seconds, but then it will turn off for about 2 seconds and then fade back in. Can anyone help with this?
