Lightning Gun Cheat?

Playing Excessive+ there are a number of 'players', eg Atty, who mainly use
the Lightning Gun to win and they do so time and time again. If they ever
use another weapon, they are easy meat - I can frag them easily. Is there an
LG cheat? They seem to be able to lock on and stay locked. My LG bends all
over the show - lag (I have the same ping as these guys).

It is too easy for them to be real and as I said they are easy meat
otherwise - so skill is not the reason. They use grenades to jump high in
the air, then switch to the LG and with one touch you're fragged. I have no
issue with the jumping - just the unreal precision with the LG. Smells
fishy.

Most likely cheat.

it's easy to see it with LG because it doesn't matter how you dodge, LG
never miss ya.

Because is locking on target.

It works even if PB is enabled. I've seen it many times. Especially
visible, when they use LG from long distance.

it depends how its used. with the quad anyone can frag very fast good or bad
aim. i used to think players using lg had cheat attached with this weapon
cause of the lack of aim precision of the player and still frag very fast. i
realized after using lg + with quad damage frags players very fast not
matter if you aim good or bad it wont miss you but with normal lg without
the quad players were still fraggin fast but this time the evidence of
aimlock was quiet visible.
