Lights come on but nothing else

I built and have owned this pc for about a month, everything worked fine but today when i turn it on nothing happens apart from the front LED's coming on. I have no built in buzzer so I can't troubleshoot it like that what could it be?

Are the case and CPU fans spinning when starting the board?

No the case and cpu fans do not spin, the only thing that happens is that the front lights come on

cpu - amd fx 6300
graphics card - nvidia gtx 760
Cpu cooler - hyper evo 212
Ram - hyperx fury (2x4gb)
Psu - corsair cx600m
Hard drive - western digital blue 1tb

If a connected fan does not spin, I suggest RMA-ing the power supply.

The fans inside and on case are now spinning but there is still no signal going to the screen

Try connecting an internal speaker to the motherboard for further troubleshooting.
