[SOLVED] Lights on Gaming keyboard wont stay off when I turn off the computer.

I recently got a Evo Core Gaming Kit, some no name off brand keyboard and mouse that has lights in it. When the computer is off there is an option to turn the lights off with a button, but when I shut my computer down, the lights always stay on. I have watched countless youtube videos and read articles to try to fix the problem but nothing seems to work. I want the lights to stay off when the computer turns off.

I have a Gigabyte Aorus Ultra motherboard and EVGA 550 watt power supply.

are you certain your computer is off/ "shutdown" and not just in sleep mode? There is a program on my pc that keeps the USB ports charging ability active when the computer is shutdown or asleep. Maybe you have such a program as well.

yes I am sure to shutdown and not sleep, what would that program be called and how can i disable it if I do have it?

on my computer the program is called "super charger" which keeps the power active on the USB ports
