[SOLVED] lights out when i turn on my pc.

[using google in BSOD]

today, when i tun on my pc, my psu fan make a scratching noise. but as i see, it doesn't touch anything. but around 30 seconds after i turn on my pc, my lights went out.
i think it's the circuit breaker that turned off the electricity.
what's happening?

With no other details, I'd hazard a guess that your PSU just shorted and the Fuse/breaker tripped to keep the house wiring from starting on fire and burning the house down.
