Lights turn on but nothing else

Hello all I recently bought the parts for my second computer and put it all together and hit the power switch and the motherboard leds light up and my gpu lights up and my psu fan starts to spin but that's all and I'm sure all the parts are compatible it acts like it want to power up but none of the case fans start or anything else so I really have no idea.
