ligtning/fire sorc build

looking for a good lightning fire sorc hybrid build

i want to put tals set on this one, and was thinking that maybe i'll
divide that stat points

100 str
90 dex <--- i want to use a Lidless Wall for her so whatever to get
max block
? VIT <--- minimal, because i was gonna use energy sheild
? ENG <-- As much as i can spare to put into it

that won't work out. let's say your lidless has 45% block. the 90 dex will
give full block until lvl 22.
at lvl70 your block will be 24%, the required amount of dex will be 249 😉
it's easier using a mosars or a whitstans, or being happy about less block.

upped visceraut is best for a sorc that wants skills and max block (72%)
