Like the Steelseries Apex but mechanical?

I saw the Steelseries Apex at CES this year and it seemed to be everything I have been looking for in a keyboard except for one major flaw It was not mechanical. Since the first time I have used a mechanical keyboard I have not been able to use anything else. My question is: is there anything like the Apex keyboard but mechanical?

both were easy to find with a google search of "mechanical keyboard with macro keys"

what i would recommend instead though is a deck, das, wasd or unicomp board. or any cherry mx keyswitch board with good reviews
